Live On, Kenny’s third album, was released in 1999 and was certified Gold by the RIAA in 2000. The album was his third to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Blues Album Chart and spawned two more Top Ten Mainstream Rock tracks with “In 2 Deep” and “Was” as well as a Top 15 track with “Last Goodbye”. Live On reunited Kenny with his long time writing partners Mark Selby and Tia Sillers as well as collaborations with Danny Tate and vocalist Noah Hunt. Produced by Jerry Harrison and mixed by Tom Lord Alge the album features guest appearances by long time friends Double Trouble (Chris Layton, Tommy Shannon and Reese Wynans), Dr. John, Warren Haynes, and James Cotton. Live On also garnered Kenny's 2nd Grammy nomination.
